@Evie1 please let people help you sweetness. I know how desperate that pain is to die. I've done similar things too. My fight to live is far from over, but what has been so painful for you that you must punish yourself like this? I'm actually crying tears of sadness because I believe you are worth living for. Everyone on this earth has special qualities. But your pain is so much honey. Please, if you can, share your pain. Let me help with some of the burden you carry.

@Evie1 I'm sorry to hear you say those things. Trauma is pretty horrible, but it doesn't have to define you. You can and you are better than what has been done to you. Just take tiny brave steps sweetheart. Climb out of that pit of despair one step at a time, because the longer you stay there, it will destroy you.

Can you do me and yourself a favour right now? Name 3 good things about you. I'll start with me so it's a little easier.

I am a kind person to pretty much anyone, but especially animals. Wherever I travelled, if I've seen feral cats, I will go and by them some food. At least one day in their miserable existence, they will have a full tummy.

I am generous. When I worked in London, I used to walk through an underground pass where a homeless man and his dog slept/stayed. When I went to buy my lunch some days, I would buy him and his dog something to eat too.

Third one is a bit harder to think about. Hmm... I am patient and mostly tolerant. When I'm driving my car, I will often let people in. I let older people, pregnant ladies on the bus first.
