@Shaz51 thanks for your thoughts ![]()
@Former-Member your opinion is fine, imglad your offered one. if i didnt want peoples opinions then i wouldnt ahve asked, so dont worry
i ahve told my gp for the past 2 times ive been about my concerns and being scared etc etc but she jsut keeps pushing me into it and for some reason its not making sense to me either that it doesnt feel right. i just dont know im confused and i cant make up my mind. i thought i was jsut startign tog et something under control but obviously not.
@CheerBear oh dont you worry its making me super frsutrated too and its even worse that i cant friggin make up my mind what to if i could at least pick an option and follow through with it, that would be a good start but i cant even do that
@Former-Member i dont ahve to justify to thm when im on medications thats why im confused about the options. my psychiatrist called them to ask their opinion of hospital for a few nights so she could arrange something- i agreed to that- but that turned into a an argument between my psch and mum and her bf. then i got home and got the 'talk' you sont need meds, you need to get out and get a life!, they said- and apparently they think fixing me is sending me away to his mothers house where im not really that comfortable there either so really not making that much difference. and they also threw out all of my medications and i dont want it to happen again. but if they find them they will cause a big up roar yet again and i cant handle it

In one way I can kind of understand their view as I said before antidepressants won't fix my probs because they are environmental/situational and when I did take them, they did nothing but offer hope when it wasn't there .Sad but true.
It's your decision to take the medication .They are as I said last week taking away your right to self determine what's best for you.We can only offer insight I don't know the relationship between you and mothers boyfriend. If it's to give you peace and in your best interest in this situation do as Bella 2 and others say what's right for you,and whatever is best to relieve the stress you feel.🐈

hi @Former-Member i get they are trying to keep me off them but im not planning on staying on them forever but at the moment i cant handle it on my own, and until then i think ADs would at least help the physical side of things, help with sleep and also reduce the flashbacks as well.
i dont know what i want anymore, i dont know whats right and everything i seem to do is wrong anyway

@Former-Member i dont think strong is my nature. i dont feel like im getting anywhere. jsut going in circles and jsut when i think im possibly doing something right something else goes wrong. inclduing my medications getting thrown out.
im trying to ahng in here but im ready to just throw in the towel and let the box reopen becasue thats all i feel i can succed at

We are all trying to hang in there outlander I have had one of those days of feeling sorry for myself,I just feel like giving up.Having no control over our lives continuously has detrimental effects on your long term health.Try and get the medication thing sorted because you being treated like a child isn't good at all,you can't grow,it's abuse and violation of your rights. Its not healthy.
