@outlander it does i am terrible tbh but what can you do i havent slept more than like 2-3 hours a night for over a month now and i dont get any sleep in the day either. i am kind of a total mess and i feel horrible all the time that and a bunch of crappy other stuff and i am not feeling so great. nights can get lonely too.

@outlander that would be a very long conversation if you want you could check out my "safety" thread on page 99 i think but that is up to you. but basically my head is just a mess. and i am getting worried about the weekend too.

Im frustrated because i font sleep but i had something to take for that and they were thrown in the bin!! And yeah i had my gp and also my first psych appointment and a few things are playing in my head
