I get you,the different perspective of the mirrors,it is daunting .It can be scary when I'm like that @outlander,I'm just lost I think,look in the mirror to find myself which I can't.

Thanks sis @Former-Member i thought being relaxed would help me sleep but it hasnt. Im too scared to sleep now esp after the panic attack which has brought on memories of the hospital. I know its something i won against but it still feels so raw

I jist want to sleep withour nightmares. Its bee a bery regular thing lately. If you fall asleep its ok.. ok? You dont have to stay up for me
