I have one stuck to the back of my phone and emailed a written one to myself. Here you go @outlander (maybe it can help).

@outlandera lot of the times it is hard to make any reason of the point of the nightmare. Don't get upset trying to figure it out.
You need to try adn distract yourself at this satge. What has helped in the past or what can you try now?
