I had some bad nightmares last night. I had one associated with the dog incident and also one where i was beibg stalked. I know it wasnt real but its extremely rattled me

@lola its really scared the crap out of me. Its one of the most 'real' dreams ive had yet. I cant get out of bed. I feel so panicy and anxious
