Awesome @Sans911. It's called the Dual Awareness Protocol (or flashback halting protocol) if you want to look it up. I have it as a business card sized prompt that I've laminated and put around the place (everywhere) 🙂

Lots of triggers and flashbacks and paranoia @Bubbles3 and yesterday i didnt meantion it here but i talked to another lbgti member through what i felt about something in regards to relationships yesterday and its confusing because i dont know what it means

@Sans911 i was talking to Queenie on another thread and shes been helping me sort it out. I liked as in had the whole butterflies feeling for her and found out yesterday shes married and its wrong for me to like a married woman so im trying to get over that. But im so confused by my own sexuality now. I mean are those feelings real? Does that mean i am bisexual? Confused i am just to add it all into the mix.

And these flashbacks are upsetting me and im trying to hard to try not to let it get to me but it is and its all a big mess
And now i have to go shopping and my paranoia doubles in a shopping setting but i promised my sisters.

And i go to my hotel soon. So still have to pack and i have no motivation to do so and its just a big mess and my emotions are all over the place and im upset because i cant regulate them
And i should probably take a breath!

Sorry i shouldnt put all that on you but i trust you and thats no easy to come by as you know
