Well @outlander you have had a huge day today. You went back to work and by the sounds of it was very full on. That is a big change by physcially and mentally.
I am not surprised you feel sick. You are probably tired too

I dont know what to feel. I really dont know anymore. It took alot of energy and a meltdown at work yeah but its ok that way its pop im worried about. The thoughy of it makes me physically sick

And today at my appointment despite being physically sick and exercising ive still put on 2kgs! Thats just making it worse
