I really miss my nan 😞 and my pop needs tests now because he has a lump on his pancreas and the dr wants a lung biopsy as well
And im stressing and i dont know what to do

Its understandable @outlander that you miss you nan especially when your Pop is struggling and has to go through some tests and a biopsy. All you can do is be there for him like you always are.

My pop is happy hes not worried at all but im worrying enough for the both of us. I dont know if im built for this.
And i really just miss my nan. Shes been gone for 2 yrs but this is the first yr ive been able to grieve.

You will be fine @outlander just as you got through yours you will get through this too
I understand missing your Nan. Can you do something nice for her memory, write her a letter letting her know how much she means to you, maybe you can even bury it somewhere or in a place so if you want to read it back you can

Ive got my candle burning next to her photo on the mantelpiece. Not burning it but it makes the pic glow

that sound nice. my dad passed away 2 yrs ago and have a photo off him next to my bed with a little light.

Thats nice @Former-Member tou can get candles that are fake but they lightup different colours. Sometimes i use one of those if its hot
