when is it time for hospital

i just cant function properly. i havent been at this point. ive always been able to at least get up and eventually be ok. ive been like this for 3 days- flatter than flat- and i stil can barely function.

i hate not being able to help here, it makes me upset becasue i can hardly leave here.

i miss drawing but i cant draw, i have no motivation to draw and i got my stuff out earlier today when everyoene was out and it went flying acorss the room.

its frustrating and im annoyed and irritated and tired and i jsut hate this.

my psych doesnt want me there becasue she doesnt think itll help. she too thinks i need long solutions not the short stay stuff. i dont know if its also becasue she thinks she fails if i go back.

ive been told that sentence by my psychiatrist before too 'if you go back in or keep sh i cant help you anymore'

and i promised my pop i wouldnt because otherwise he said hes going to go to hospital as well. becasue we wont be able to cope

and these sh urges and SI wont leave!

i dont know how to pick up @Sans911 i jsut seem to go in circles and circles. my psych doesnt want me to go to hospital either. she thinks long term things are better too.

my last session i told her i was thinking about hospital and she said i dont think you would benefit.

im hoping when i get back to work itll help, it gets me out of the house and focussing on other things too.

im lost i dont know what else to do. im too tired to fight it so ive been sitting with it the past few days and its mentally exhausting me still.

i have gp tomorrow and psych appointment as well. my gp no longer helps me so wont really talk about it but im getting sutures out so will be going anyway
