when do you find its time to go to hospital?

i know, im not listening to them at all. too tired to do anything, too many people around so am styaing put watching a tv show atm and jsut chilling here for abit @Sans911

@outlander - yep, I don't do mh units stays either for very much the same reasons. Even last week when I ended up in ED for SH I stayed overnight & went home the next day without seeing any mh staff. They're used to me now in ED which is a bit sad really.

yes @Sans911 exactly. i dont want to go back there. i cant keep 'running' away from it all and using a hospital for it. it doesnt work so i need long term stuff. but i need to be ok to be able to do that.
i have been resting. its really frustrating. im not use to just sitting around but im too tired ot do anything else atm.
have you seen my list of chores ive got to do this week back at work? i have so much to do. at least ill be busy...
