when is it time for hospital

well i hope things get better for you @outlander.
i know we all have problems in our lives. when i fisrt started on sane you s=was such a buberly person to talk to and now everything is a mess for you. i really do hope things get better for @outlander. just try to stay calm and let thing happen as they happen. and know that might be hard to hear but some thing are out of our control so we just have to wait and see what happens. iv just had a med change and for once today is the first day that im starting to feel better. all iv had to do is ride through the emotions and wait for thing to get better.
this might not make any sense or i could be talking rubbish, i dont know. i just dont know what else to say to make you feel better. i just hope i havent upset you even more with what i have just said. im only trying to help you. i k\think this is why i dont interfer with anything. but i am thinking of you
