Yeah one of the things helps i suppose @Former-Member doesnt take much brain power. Dont have much left now anyway.

I play Candy Crush to help me relax!! nothing wrong with it. I also do jigsaw puzzles on my ipad, that helps too

Ive got solitaire something dimilar to candy crush fruit ninja and a few other card games @Former-Member i like to activate and focus even even im tired or it bores me so i go to bed quicker

I believe in studying - I studied though the bad years of my life - part time
Nothing is wasted - you got a very good mark there - it will not go astray that's for sure

Im going to take a break for now @Owlunar ive done 5 certificate of achieviment and one cert in medical terminology
Not enough brain power to focus atm but will pick it up again soon when things cool down

Yes - of course you need a break but what you have been doing - wow - that is so great
I also have a strange belief - imo - when we feel really bad it's just about impossible to think about the good things and I get annoyed if I get told to
I don't know about other people but I tend to need to finish off the hard stuff first and then the good stuff comes back - but I have had to deal with the shadows
So the good stuff will come back when you are through with all of this - I am sure
