Hi @outlander

I'm a little confused - isn't the plan for tonight to use your safety plan and speak with your mother tomorrow?

Do you have your safety plan handy?

Re: when is it time for hospital

That's good @outlander

Just remember the starting of your sentences

I FEEL..............

you are telling her how you feel - and that is perfectly normal and perfectly okay - you have come this far - keep going

We are here for you

I know you can get through this @outlander especially with the support of your therapist and everyone here. 🙂

Re: when is it time for hospital

Hi @outlander
Before you do that - can I suggest there was a reason that yourself & your psychologist agreed that would happen tomorrow?
I know the wait is hard, but if things didn't go to plan, could it cause you more distress? If you waited until tomorrow you would have more support from your psychologist to manage things if they didn't go well?
Could we look at other strategies to manage your distress for tonight?

I agree with @NikNik, @outlander,I question if it's a good time to do it.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Maybe take yourself off to bed early tonight @outlander, so you don't have to interact with your family, but at least it means that you have somewhere to stay tonight, and all day during daylight hours tomorrow to sort out other options if you need them.

Can you listen to music through earbuds in your room tonight, or quietly watch a movie or something, just to distract? Let your family think you are sleeping.
