You have a great network of support on here that care about you and will talk to you, so don't think for one second that you are alone because you are not.

Break it down, just take 101-5 mins at a time. Do you need immediate help? Just concerned about you hun because I/we do care

I can hear that things haven't gone as you had wished for them to go today and are perhaps feeling as though things feel a bit hopeless at the moment.

I am wondering if now may be a time to try some things that you have on your safety plan?

I know this is a bad time of day @outlander but I really think that you would be better to just leave for now - there are places that will give you emergency accommodation -

Did you get left with the kids after all this?

Is your doctor or your therapist available?

You have been under tremendous pressure

Just get you phone, charger, any cash you have, some water and a change of clothes and leave - we can help you look for somewhere to go after that
