I'm glad you've got your medication down - that's one more day over and tomorrow is the day

I know it's really hard to stop planning for tomorrow but planning isn't working for you now - you have thought through it and through it and you have said that the convos with your mother never go where you want them to

So - try and get it down to one point

Say what you feel the most important and start with

I FEEL.............

So it might be the constant baby-sitting so

I FEEL as if it is too much for me to care for the kids all the time - I CAN'T keep looking after the kids all the time

And at least stick to that point - yes - she will turn it back on you so stay with the one point - this is the beginning of the battle and believe me - it's the hardest - win this one just by making one point and sticking to it is the best way - at least I think so

Practise saying that

I wish you the best - and tell your GP that today - what time are you going?
