@outlander - then don't fight it tonight. I really think you've put enormous pressure on yourself lately, and you've had to cope with some really heavy stuff. And the constant anxiety of it all has made you physically ill. So shut it all down, but please take your meds, because some of what you are feeling or experiencing may be because you have stopped them. But no one can force you to take them but yourself. It would be great if you try to get some sleep. But more than anything it also sounds like perhaps you need more support than what we could give you here. Do you think you might need to go to hospital?

I have caught up with your messages and know you have had a bad spell of exhaustion and doubt
This is natural
The antipation is much worse than the realisation - but then - inside you are saying - oh no - this is too hard
I guess so - you have said from time to time that it seems weird that you are the one who sorts everything out for other people - now it's sorting things out for yourself
Hold on tight - I am glad you are taking your medication - it is much safer to stop taking them gradually with the support of your doctors - whichever doctors they are
