I had to keep implementing the safety plan the whole night. I couldnt sleep. I felt too sick and uncomfortable. I pulled the blanket up over my head and havent moved yet. But i will have to gwt up to take kids to school. Probably head straight to bed. I dont want to be breathing today. Cant we just skip a few days and wake up ok. No i know it wont happen. If i have the energy today will get on the treadmill or exercise bike. No appeitite again. Didnt manage my medications last night either.
