yes very odd with no notifications @Former-Member i dread my inboc when its all up and running though....

i jsut dont know what to do. i cant think straight. i feel sick and everytime i even think about anything im getting to the point of throwing up again. i couldnt manage dinner, nor lunch. didnt have breakfast either come to think of it.. not good i know. all well.

why do i have to keep going through this 😞

We all have those moments. Can you watch some tv, chat to SANE, have a warm drink, go on youtube and watch something funny, draw, sleep, write down what is annoying you then rip it up, play a game on line - thats all I can think if at the moment.

i cant. i cant hold anything down, i cant stand the sight smell anything. i cant sit in the kitchen at the table where i would normally be. i just cant be anywhere.

@Former-Member we proabably did, we think alot alike. i doubt ill sleep but im heading to bed soon. got plenty of games on my phone now.

@Former-Member thank for popping in. i cant rest. i dont know what to do. im tired but i cant sleep and i just dont know what to do. the third party isnt really involved. i jsut opened my big mouth and spoke my mind today. word vomit. god here i go again... will be back dont want to clean it off my comp
