It will cause changes @outlander, but it's not ruining anyone ne's life .... it sounds like your mother has become dependent on you - at least your services as a housekeeper and baby-sitter - in a way that is inappropriate, and now she is going to have to step up to those commitments herself, or make other arrangements. That part is not your responsibility. Your responsibility is to get the overload of expectations to stop .... which you're doing.
You are not responsible for how she and her bf respond to your claims of emotional abuse ..... your responsibility is to make the claims and get that behaviour stopped .... which you're doing.
You and your sisters need to have a sibling relationship with each other, which can extend to occasional babysitting ...... but that is not what has been happening. You have become their primary carer. Your responsibility is to hand that role back to your mother .... which you're doing, and then re-establish your sibling relationships. That will take a bit more time, but your sisters will come to appreciate that too.
Its hard, and your decisions will bring about changes, but it's not ruining their lives. They have other options in terms of how they choose to live.

Hi @outlander
I am sorry you are feeling so bad but so relieve you have told your therapist and unloaded everything to someone who can help you face-to-face
And so glad you have decided to tell your mother about how her bf has been abusing you - and showing you his texts - you have suffered unjust abuse by him and this has to stop and I can see that it will be a very difficult time for that to happen - but it is the first step
And you have our support - and mine - I will do my best to be here on Thursday - I think you will have plenty of backup from your forum family
One thing I willl suggest is that when you have all this info in your computer you print out a few copies and hide them - this way if your mother's bf takes your phone and computer away from you - you still have copies to take to the police -
He will not like it if you show those texts to your mother
And your mother - I wonder a bit that she has allowed this but I did not know that he was abusing you via text - and also - you can't upset your mother of make her angry - she does this all by herself and as @Faith-and-Hope has said - you have been taken advantage of you in an inappropriate way - and I have to ask - how can you find time to sit around at home? You have the washing, cooking and cleaning for 6 people - just an unpaid victim
Your mother will get used to whatever she chooses to do when you had the housework and baby-sitting back to you - and you are not wrecking anyone's life - they have done their best to wreck yours
Enough for now - I hope to be around tonight - I think a few people will be
This has been hard for you to really see - but now you have and you can't go back - you can only go forward
Gentle hugs
