Why does the darkness keep taking me 😞

@outlander - the darkness takes you because you are overwhelmed & can't see a way out of your MI, plus all the other things happening to you. It's depression, and it's a monster sucking you under, feeding you lies and bulls&&to, making you feel like nothing you do is right, you're not good enough, you're can't get better and all sorts of other nasty stuff. After a while of being sucked into that vortex you start to believe it all, and that you are hopeless, you won't get better, there are no brighter days to look forward to. But there is a light sometimes, it's not always easy to see, and sometimes you only get a glimpse like a reflection off a mirror. But don't give in or give up, which is what the darkness wants. I've been in that very dark place, today the light is good and feels warm. I know that there be darkness ahead, I know I'll have to fight to live, but I'm not giving up or in. And neither should you. Would it help you tonight to ring KHL?

I just dont know when
I just feel like im not getting anywhere in life.
I still have no friends. No family support. All these responsibilities. No privacy. No space. I dont find anything enjoyable.
Im not getting anywhere at all. I dont know what else to do.
Im going in circles all the time and its upsetting me.

I dont know if this dignosis and watching the kids is contributing to it but i always end up like this.
