Ok, ring again. It depends who you get on the other end. KHL can allocate an hour for you. Do you have a file with them? Ring again and you can speak to someone else.

Or ring life line or suicide call back service

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander - I'm really glad you're talking to KHL. Really glad. No one knows when our MI ends or improves sweet. And if someone can magic it away right now, life might be better. Or not. Your environment isn't helping you right now, but in time you'll be away from that, you'll have your independence and privacy and you will be great at whatever you decide us right for you. I see that potential that you can't see right now. I understand about going around in circles; I often feel the same way. But I kinda think of like a maze; one day you'll find the way out of it. I can't fix or do anything practical for you @outlander and that's really frustrating the heck out of me. But you will have friends some day that will value you for you & and see you as a good, fun person to spend time with. And family are family; you don't get to choose them. Someday your family may look a little different, perhaps like your forum family of sisters, aunts and some wise owls. I have very little family support but I have a foster family who is doing their best to support and love me. So sometimes family isn't biological. And that's ok too.

@outlander WTF really? I'd be complaining about that. Geez. That's pretty harsh. Stick with us kiddo. We'll take care of as best we can

Re: when is it time for hospital

I dont want to ring again @Former-Member and they also have me on file and wont really help me because i already connected tonight

@Sans911 i rang khl they said 'change your attitude' then bye. I want things to change. And by god im trying my heart out to change the situation. Make the most of it. But it doesnt seem to be helping me at all. Maybe im trying too hard. Im scared if i stop trying ill give up all together and we all know thats not a good step for anyone to take.
I just wish i had one person in life form that isnt a health professional who cared. They dont have to be biological. The forums are my family.

I just feel like going to therapy and doing all these things are pointless. Like they arent helping me. I want to go to get through all this but i dont know if its actually helping me. I dont know what the next step is to take. Where or what the next thing to get help is

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander I think you're just having a really low, low day today. It's ok to have these days. You won't give up; that I'm sure of. Therapy takes time. You have to build trust, feeling safe, heard and respected. And sometimes it's 2 steps forward & 3 back. But I know I have gained better insight into myself through therapy & DBT. And it seems you have too. I have noticed those changes in you. Sometimes it's harder to see them in ourselves. People pointed it out to me before I noticed it. Often there is no preprogrammed plan of how to get better. A lot depends on who is available to help us, and if we develop a therapeutic relationship with that person. And having a team of professionals, and others to support you helps a lot. Some people have that like me, I have a good case manager, GP, an ok pdoc, hopefully soon a psychologist and my brother & will foster sister. But it's not been smooth sailing all along. I've had to fight for that support, fight really hard. And I had to loose some other, valuable things like my DBT in the meantime. Your journey is still young, grasshopper, you will get the right people in time. And you never know when you might meet an amazing friend, who will treasure you. Hold onto those thoughts. That you are worthy of good things and to be treasured as a friend. Hugs ❤️ 💜 💙
