when do you find its time to go to hospital?
im debating whether its the right move for me

@outlander- ok, first of all, youve got to slow down. Not everything has to be done at once, and you can only do so much. Do you remember the other day with the urge surfing the type of breathing we were going through? Breathing in for 4, hold for 3, breathe out for 5. Can you do that now? And while you're breathing in, think in your head, this trigger cannot hurt me, I'm breathing it out now and forcefully exhale the count of 5. Can you try that for a few minutes?

@outlander - how are you going now?
I hear you saying you have very little money left. Haven't you got movies at home, games, jigsaws that you can all do? Can you take your sisters for a drive to the beach-pack a picnic? Find sea shells? There's lots of things to do that are free. Treasure hunt at home. Have you a tent, or sleeping bags? Camp under the stars one night. Build a small fire, toast marshmallows.
I think the underlying thing that is bothering you above all else is the results tommorow? I understand you are super anxious, but you have no idea until you're in that surgery, what the outcome will be. Scary thoughts, I know. But, but maybe not so scary. Maybe really good outcome. So try to hold onto the middle ground where it could swing both ways. If it's not good, you have to deal with it at that time. Cause right now you're imagining the worst ever. Which may not be so. I'm here tommorow and we just have to wait, ok?

I agree with @Sans911,you will have to keep them at home @outlander or go where it doesn't cost such as the parks.Hope your mother left food,can't help but think that's irresponsible on her behalf when she's off doing good knows what...Not fair on you especially when you have the vet to pay off.
Hope everything goes OK at the doctor's today,you should be able to go to the horses by Monday,it will be well on the mend by then.The results,I hope and I expect will be good ones .😛

Im so sorry i didbt check back in last night. I had another panic attack and im very embarrassed about it becauae you were all trying to help and they were great suggestions but my anxiety really got the better of me. So im really sorry. I hope youll forgive me.
Ive got a few ideas for the kids. I thought i waa covered but im already struggling with it all. Hopefully there will be other things that come up family fun day things in our area.
Today yes has got me very worried because i cant do anything more than wait. I dont even know if they will be ij today. Still scares me none the less

Hi @outlander glad you are ok.
Dont be embarrassed about having a panic attack there is NOTHING to apologise about, we understand. If you saw my thread this morning I ended up having one too and not being able to control it properly and still coming down of it.
Hopefully you get some much needed answers today at the doctors. Whatever the result is you will get through this.
When I don't feel like doing much with my kids we always do movie day. Popcorn and movies at home. Could be a low expense activity too. I will be around today except for seeing my MHT this morning so yell out if you need some support 💕💕💕
