@outlander- you can do anything like @Former-Member said they'll hold fast quite well. Just done rush things or pull or push anything heavy. How you got your sisters to help?

ok @Sans911 so just go slowly. its annoying becasue everytime i try to do soemthing i get painful twinges which is whats stopping me. i done the dishes, struggled with my sisters shower. ive now managed to clear the table.
tomorrow ill proably jsut fold the clean clothes up and put them away, and vaccum the floor. that shouldnt be too bad...
i got my sister to take rubbish out and put the pins out today. the washing is starting to pile up again and its bugging me but it might have to wait a few more days...

Didn't do much @outlander went to the park as it was a nice day where I live. Have to see mental health team again tomorrow so will see how that goes.
I hope you haven't been in too much pain and keeping on top of it.💗💗

Everything is so hard
I feel so damn useless with these sutures. I can hardly do anything its frustrating!
I went to the movies and it was overwhelming and driving and shopping its so overwhelming
I cant do the house work
I can hardly be near horses
I have to keep my sistrrs occupied. Even pops on holidays
I have literally 50 left out of my entire pay because ive been buying things to entertain the kids and i still have another 4 days to go yet
Tomorrow and saturday are covered but i have no idea what to do sun mon and tues
Everything is crashing on me
I have my gp tomorrow and im as nervous as all hell for results and if theu will even be there. Then movies and craft. jo doubt that wont be good enough
I cant wait till they get back cause im getting out of here! !
