@outlander - you need to ask your therapist what her agenda or goals are. She's supposed to work with you. Yes, in therapy you need to be pushed a little but as far as I understand about trauma work, your therapist shouldn't be re-traumatising you.

As for the pain, it's hard to say what it is. I'm not trying to minimise your pain, however, sometimes when where are really stressed we can have somatic pain that feels very real. All you can do for now is take some pain killers, and mention to your GP tommorow. As hard as it might be, try to get some rest this afternoon.

Just breathe @outlander Not good that the session didn't go as planned for you.

I'm not a nurse or anything so don't know about the pain you are having. Is there somewhere you can go, like a GP and get it checked out?

Re: when is it time for hospital

She always catches me @Former-Member @Sans911
We will be going ok through th session and i think ok so this ine might be hard but not too bad then she goes and pushes that shite in again.
The only thing that i found good through the session was i recognised a trigger that i could never work out and its the feeling of helplessness. Its a major trigger and could never ever work it out until now! So if i keep to the positives thats it.
She keeps saying that im extrelemy good at bouncing back. Ok thats good but i dont see the point in smushing being a mistake in. Im trying to just accept it move on and let it go as not my problem she keeps making ut my problem though

Im really panicing. It is really hard to just breathe. Ive got ao many things going through my head. I suppose to be expected after a session like that and making me go into details again.

Im trying to just ignore the pai. Im trying to think its just in my head. Very hard to shake though as its really scary and im so worried about it. I get it taken ouy tomorrow i can only hope the pain will go tomorrow but i know i wont as having sutures are painful so i wont be able to tell the difference.
Ill meantion it tomorrow to my gp though

Will have to be up early gwt the things i need to be done done such as feeding my horses. Shower and take kids to babysitter then to their

@outlander-I don't care what anyone says, therapist or not, you aren't a mistake. I don't know the context of the conversation with your therapist, but if it's making you uncomfortable you need to tell her to stop. You will feel unsettled and a bit rattled after your sessions and although it's uncomfortable, it's 'normal'. Just do your best to take care of yourself. Lots of distractions can help. I'm here sitting with @outlander. You can get through this with your friends here. Hugs lil Sis

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander - you know if I could I would come and take care of you. I would wrap you up in my big, purple, fluffy blanket, make you a hot chocolate, put a chicky flick movie on and cook you dinner. I would even help with your grandpa and sisters. But you are resilient, you are smart and strong, and you will get through this time. There is still time for adventures, time for happiness, time for love, and time for joy and laughter. I know this will happen, because you are worth all this. Hugs and hugs
