Hey guys I wanted to get around to msgs from earlier today because I wont tomorrow.

the thing I love about being here is everyone is open to what others say which makes it easier to express how we are feeling. My aunt yes she had some good reasons in there and unfortuntley cosinsides with the bad news. People who dont understand SH themselves often get angry or frustrated but it still hurts when they say that because its easier to accept rather than argue the point and try to get them to understand something they wont unless they do themselves.
My so called friends. I was having dramas with them before and had the feeling they were hiding a reason. I found that out and thats they have replaced me. They dont want to be friends with me any more so found a new shinier version if you will. Im trying the best I can and draw upon what knowledge I have in regards to caring and this im sure is the best thing. I dont see helping with a car and rsiking his health constantly worth it. So despite it being really hurtful im trying to just push it aside and remember what im doing and the reason im doing it for. They think im trying to take away his independence but hes got as much of the reins as possible except on some occasion this being one of them.
I do take great comfort in what you guys say though. It makes me feel less alone because you actually 'get it' I really dont have to explain to you guys

I couldn't understand SH once @outlander,but now I struggle and realized my eating of a night for stress,or because I had trouble "winding down"was a form of SH.Plus in my times of distress or complete hopelessness there's a self hatred there.Unless you go through it or similar you couldn't understand. It's been a hard lesson for me.I have had as mentioned some idiot of a mh nurse writing that I "lack intimate relationships"telling you your thoughts on your shame of mental illness is irrational, whilst you have people who can't say nothing nice to your face or putting assumptions/comments towards me in my face.
It has led me to have a awful distrust of people @outlander,all I can say is what I now try to believe,if they don't like you for who you are, they aren't worth knowing.Like I told that busy body last week who asked personal questions, the behavior is pathetic. At least you know how to think for yourself, your friends sound like they fail in this department.

@outlander,as @Sans911 said at this time you can't take that pain seriously,as stated last year a dentist told me I needed a tooth out, ignored it through fear, had pain there thinking I was getting a absess, went to another dentist didn't need it out.It was psychosomatic pain, possible that's what you may or may not have.
