when is it time for hospital

I cant believe its come down to this
I thought I had this under control but I obviously dont
im going to ring a helpline and see if they can give me a hand to start with, ive organised to move my gp appointment forward, as well as my psychologist as well.

I think my family has run me into the ground. Im so worn out and tired and sick of fighting it all the time. I dont know how to release the frustration and also I have no friends or other family either.
Tbh I dont really know if I want my families support id just like to be able to go ok im going out and not get blamed for eveything and get put down because of it. You should hear when I meantion going to an appointment- my god I think the world ends!

There's something wrong if you have not got the right to self determine your life.At twenty,you should have the autonomy to walk out the door.I have been made to feel guilty of my life whether I caused it,or not.At the same time I have been made to feel "less than".It's not me and it's not you, something went wrong in nurturing us and nature/our environment.
