Good afternoon Niqua
thank you for stopping by. Im not doing too well. Have a surgury and tests coming up and family and friendship issues. Ive fallen behind in my studies yet again and cant concentrate and find it too overwhelming to even look.
No my mother and her bf havent gone on holidays but looks like ill have them more than expected through the holidays because apparently no one wants to accommodate my needs and mum isnt taking any extra days off except the week so out of the 2 entire weeks I might be lucky to get one day without having to watch the kids.
Sounds like youve had a constructive day! How did the rest of the day get on for you?
At least you got the ball rolling yes, I can undertand the beeing frazzled but burnt out feeling. A lot to content with hey.
Well your more than welcome to come and join me for a cuppa. Im always up for one of those.

Good afternoon @Owlunar
im so over arguing about my mental health. It makes my life a misery as it is let alone being told its my fault I have one. Im at the stage now where im starting to think its my fault. Im not use to not dealing with things. I can sit with some things and just 'be' but some things I cnat sit and let it be something has to be done and actioned which is what the mole is. Despite being absolutly shite scared of needles I would prefer to get it removed and hope it hasnt already spread.

Read your your posts on my walk @outlander.As long as you get to your appointment on Tuesday and Monday that's the main thing.I find it hard to believe that a mother would not take it as a priority, regardless of her own agenda.Take the sisters with you if you have them, they can stay in the waiting area.🌺
@Sans911,hope you are feeling okay after your mother and your appointment today.💐

@outlander@Former-MemberThank you both for thinking of me. @outlander I think I need a hug back and a shoulder to cry on. I have a coffee here if you both want to join me. So many things haven't gone right for such a long time, and I am over it. I don't have to be admitted to hospital, but they are considering some other mh respite. In fact, I just might disappear down that wombat hole tonight where no-one has to see my tears. My appointment with the pdoc, and then my case manager were both fine, except for my level of frustration at nothing changing, and not even for some time yet. I was enouraged to go back onto medication. It was one of the first ones I trialled, whih worked well for about 6months. It's not that I am against medication per se, but the risk to me that they represent in terms of my occasional imspulsitivity and use for SH.
And I have to pull a brave front and confront my house mate nicely as to when she intends to pay rent, or does she need to leave? It's been six weeks since she was made unemployed, and she is only making small efforts to look for work. She tells me money is coming from her parents overseas, but now there is some communication issue...hmmm. I haven't been able to work in for over 2months, and my unemployment benefit has had to cover the entire rent and utilities in this time. She is genuinely a nice person, but she is avoiding me a lot, and I (and my family) think she is hiding something. But I hate being the bad person.
I need to get out of my own head tonight, so I am going to my local writers group. All I want to do now though is hide in my wardrobe and cry, so I'll have to go wash my face and put that fake smile mask on.

No wonder you are stressed @Sans911,your housemate shouldn't be putting you in that position knowing you are struggling yourself and avoiding you is adding to your stress.Get it over with in the morning. How will you go on your own?And what are you going to say if she tells you it's coming? Will she pay the full amount owing? Can see your families'concern.
Medication thing sounds difficult too.I won't go back on antidepressants and got p**** off with the doctor last week, had the same crap from several. Its their answer to my problems, not mine.Sounds like you are wondering the same with weighing up the thought "are they doing more harm than good?".
Thinking of you @Sans911,hope you get respite in the writer's group.
