Ive got my gp this morning at 9am
Ill ask about the meds and weight gain and also the skin spot as well
I want to get this sorted. I dont need an ed on top of all this so stopping it in its tracks is the way to go and the only way i know how to do that is to think about what i can do and acting on them (not starving talking other methods)

When you say 'skin spot' do you mean like a sun spot of some sort? I always encourage people to get stuff checked out. I just had 2 little ones removed - ended up not being anything, but worth it for the peace of mind.

I'm really glad you're asking great questions - knowledge is power!

I'm not quite sure what thinking about what you can do and 'acting on them', but you are so right, any other forms of SH (like EDs or anything else for that matter) is the last thing you need.

@soul thats a good idea will write them on sticky notes on my phone while waiting

@NikNik yeah i have a very scary looking spot and since checking it this morning it looks different yet again thats the third time it looks as if its changed so getting it checked..

When i say acting on them for this i mean formulating a good weight loss plan sticking to it and adjust things if need be. Im trying very hard to stay right away from SH. I have enough scars and id rather not add to the collection. But the thoughts surrounding the ED last night means the seed has been implanted in my brain and i need to unplant it
