Lowering anxiety @outlander,Yes my suggestion is we all go to the toy store tomorrow and find a stuffed wombat to cuddle into when we have anxiety/depression or when your sister is coughing etc.Maybe @outlander, try and look at the links Sans 911 had today to self care after therapy.

Her coughing died down now. The night air and shes at the end of a similsr virus i had but no where near as bad. I guess i can take a look i wanted to resf them when i could concentrate though.
I feel so bleh and like i shouldn't have eaten. I feel guilty for doing so

Yes @Former-Member ive spent around $200 so far but i cant help it. Its better than spending on rubbish

@outlander,don't focus on the weight,or obsess,only make you overanxious and eat more.I had to diet to lose weight,a lot of it but it took its toll on mind and body.I know the charity is good but just look after yourself like paying the vet bill or treating yourself to something nice.

I reckon that is the best idea in a long time. I might just do that tommorow. Unfortunately I wanted to paste a picture, but I haven't been able to do that for some time. Might be time to email SANE to help me sort it out. @outlander Please try to not to feel guilty about food. I understand it's causing you some distress, but you don't need this on top of everything else. If it's such a concern you, it's probably best to talk to your doctor about either a dosage adjustment or some other alternative. You may find your weight stabilises at some point. Just keep doing all the right things, which are good for your mental health as well.
