YesI know it @outlander,good idea.
There was a guy talking on weight before I went and got p***** off this afternoon. He was talking on how our bodies have a "set point".Better losing weight slowly then plateau for a few weeks to allow the body to readjust the "set point".When I lost over 50 kilograms,I was always hungry,I still am,but especially when you chronic diet, your body is trying to get back to your "setpoint "weight, similar thing when you are stressed.

You probably need to discuss it with your GP @outlander.

Have you googled the side effects @outlander of the medication, but you probably already know.Id follow @Sans911,advice talk to the doctor to discuss your concerns.Ive been trying whilst my mother is away to eat healthy as when she's here she buys crap,I tell her not to,and I eat when I'm stressed.I have craved chocolate and eat mindlessly due to stress.Thats why I had to tell nosey off on the phone because I know how stress has caused my belly fat.Ive been taking the magnesium everyday for two weeks it's supposed to help belly fat due to helping the stress.I cut the bread out which I love. But yes @outlander,I hate my stomach it looks like a pillow under my shirt and I dread summer coming as I hide it under a coat.I can see where you are coming from. But starving isn't the answer, you will only gain it back.

Just try and eat healthy @outlander, probably like everything else it's the refined sugars that out weight on which sux and carbs.
I know you are in a catch 22 spot because you need the drugs, but feeling good about the way you look is important too.
