The fact that you are thinking of it @Bubbles3,shows that you are worried. Can you call someone?

Re: when is it time for hospital

@Bubbles3 if you think you need to go back to hospital then follow your gut.

You have had a pretty full-on few days. You got out of hospital (and you felt it was too soon then), you had your birthday with a BBQ that was long and tiring for you and you have been back looking after the kids. All of these things would have had the adrenalin rushing and now that you have had time just to 'sit' it is inevitable that you are feeling flat. Yesterday you felt like the meds were working and you may have 'turned a corner' - is that still the case or do you think it was the adrenalin rush of the last few days?

Are you able to sleep at all @Bubbles3? Maybe a rest if you feel zoned out from the meds will give you a little more strength to think clearer - lethargy is definitely not a friend for clear thinking!

Hey sweet, @Bubbles3 my heart goes out to you at the moment with the way you are feeling.

I know when I cant focus or concentrate the only thing I could do was try and lay still & listen to audio books .....the story didnt really sink in as much as just the calm constant narrative of the reader. Kids, family, visitors can all wait, take the time for yourself first, everyone else second. 🙂

Any new courses coming up?

Re: when is it time for hospital

@Bubbles3Hey there, what's happening for you today that makes you feel that way? Do you have a crisis management plan from your last admission or do you have a community outreach (CATT) mental health team you can contact?

@outlander@Former-MemberEveryone's experiences of therapy are different; there is no one size that fits everyone. We all go into therapy with pre-conceived ideas of what it will be like, what we will have to say or reveal of ourselves, and what and when we hope to acheive. And sometimes we don't get what we want out of therapy. It's sometimes not the right person or the right time. @Former-Member I don't see you as 'tainting' outlander's experiences; you just have a different experience of therapy is all. Don't be so harsh on yourself. I understand so well that easier said than done (I am definitely my own worst enemy), but I bet you are a much nicer person than you describe yourself to be.
