when is it time for hospital

I've not destroyed my life yet, as I'm still trying to rebuild some hope for the future.

I have no life

I have a life that at times is good, where I can feel purposeful and needed. I am extremely good at taking care of my grandfather. I'm extremely good at caring for horses, and people trust my knowledge and caring nature.

Can you keep going?

@outlander Aww, hun, your having a really rough day. Can you do something else to distract yourself for a while? Can you put some music on?

Idont know how to get through this. I tried breathing through it all but when everything and everyone turns on me this is the result.

Ijust dont know anymore @Sans911 I just want to leave here (my house) but i cant do that because ill get in trouble and i have no where to go.

Its hard to breathe through it when all i breathe are toxins

My family hate me. They blame me for having a mental illness. They think ive put it all on myself.
I wouldnt have mental illness if i stopped making my life hard

If your life was "easy" then you would still be depressed and still have a mental illness. Don't ever make the mistake of thinking that if you had an easier or less harsh life that you would be better. Depression (in fact any mental illness) doesn't work like that at all my friend.
You have not put this on yourself - that's actually something I think about myself often... but it's simply wrong.
Please remember this.
