Isaw my therapist and we started trauma work. I never knew i had so many emotions to go through in an hour!
Just abit drained from that and yesterday but ill be ok

Hi people - my first post and figured this was as good a subject to jump in and have a chat about as any. My first trip to hospital was under a compulsory treatment order and in all honesty, as much as I hated it initially, by the end of my stay,I had a much clearer idea of what was going on with myself and what to be aware of (triggers etc) and where to turn to for help before it becomes necessary for hospitalisation.
It is fantastic to see some of the topics of conversation, the openness and care and concern of members here. Take care all and keep on looking out for each other.

@complexity Welcome to the forums & what a lovely post you've put out. That's a really sweet thing to say. There's a real depth of understanding here even though our journeys & experiences might be different. I think that's why why we care so much about each other.
@outlander I usually find that trauma sessions leave me exhausted. You're doing the best you can for now. Your life's journey is far from over yet my angel. Hang in there; I'm with you for as long as it takes
