I so totally get it @outlander I really really do and it's just the most awful feeling to be so overwhelmed, I've been feeling that myself the past few days. I've been meditating which calms me down for a bit, and crying and crying! You're not alone, I swear that to you. We have to get through this. We can't give up.

@outlander!What they think doesn't matter,it's what you think that the main thing.As I told you, friends come and go,change like the wind.I blocked them out because I'm too preoccupied trying to save my life and I had to put them in the "too hard,not worth it,toxic basket.They need to go and find a mirror,no one can talk.

I know it's hard @outlander but I can't talk to my mother,that's why you are going to therapy.I no longer bother,like the Dr the other day,you are so vulnerable to be scrutinized.Just try and get some sleep.You can see why we shut down.

I feel so ashamed of myself @outlander,I said yesterday I felt for a second of ringing a old workmate,but then I thought of answering questions about my life and then know the confidentiality isn't there.Im alone too,but if I can't make myself vulnerable to anyone,I know I haven't the energy.Try and focus on yourself and f*** everyone.I know that's hard but you have to prioritize yourself.

The nappy probably is nothing @outlander to what mental illness does.Anxiety has regressed me to a child,like when you were a toddler and cry because a basic need wasn't being met.
