just getting in trouble for having mental illness and my life is easy and i make it hard for myself.
all becasue of a news report showing anti-depressant medications statistics
see told ya i get in trouble for breathing
dont worry i dont breathe much anyway at the moment
too stuffed up and in pain
better to breath hold
and dramas with so called friends earlier

I just had missed that ,did see how a folate supplement from the chemist is suppose to successful with antidepressants.Dont think I would pay 70 a month but.
@outlander,sounds like you are questioning if they are friends?,or toxic ones.

What report @outlander,did I miss something?Can't help you with friends as I slipped away a long time ago.They just aren't worth it!,and if you are like we are they need to be good ones.

On tv they had a report about medication statistics and then i got into trouble because of it because im on them

Don't let toxic people who don't understand you make you feel bad about yourself or your illness. 4 years ago I crashed HARD with depression, and I was surrounded by people who judged me and didn't come near me. It's as if my depression was contagious!! I don't speak to them anymore. I reconnected with old friends on FB and made new ones at work and this time it's been totally different. I get supportive messages every day, and many of them have had anxiety so are giving me their tips (not all of them work but that doesn't matter). It's not your fault if you have crap friends, it's their failing. Slip away from them, it's better in the long run, and find people who get you. They ARE out there!!

Oh @outlander,my words about me young one, that's why I have shut people out and you have to learn not to divulge information as it's your personal stuff,and we need to have the ability to "screen"people to know what they are and if we can trust them... Unfortunately.Thats why I can talk to a stranger better than who I know as they are judgemental f******. Mental illness does change you and can isolate you because we learn that all we want is to happy,and I can't handle gossip etc,which leaves you little in common with the people I know.Dont put it on your shoulders it's their ignorance.
