Maybe its my age im thinking is a limiting factor. Everyone here is older than i am with plenty more experience so i find it hard to find the right things to say or post.

@outlander - I started off on the Carer's side as I was in a relationship with my BPD partner. There were some pretty big issues going on there - too big and as a result I end up mostly on the Lived Experience side these days.
I think we all have something of worth to contribute and the thing that binds us is our ability to be empathetic.

ive tried jsut sitting with this all day but its no longer working
anyone have any other ideas?
im so worn out already and the only time i wasnt dealing with them and that was while at the gp
i really just want them to leave and i cant make them go
