@outlander & @Former-Member Good evening to you both.

@outlander sounds like you've been doing some thinking about your GP & I think staying with her is not a bad idea. Like others have said, you need to be firm with her. Have a look at this DBT Skill called dearman. It might help you for being assertive. The website is good too for information on DBT skills.

@Former-Member How are you? I have read the last 24hours of this thread, but my brain is easily scrambled. I know life is essentially status quotes for you, but I hope that sometimes you get some small spark of joy out of something, no matter what that might be. What have you been doing today?

My ultrasound seemed to be normal, but I see my GP in 2days,and she'll let my know if there's any issues. I had my gallbladder out in May, so at least I know that's not the issue. Ive been having continuous gut pain for the last 2weeks, with the first night sending me to hospital for 6hours.

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander,bit tired baby I have to go to bed get on your thread tomorrow.😀

Hi @Sans911,just had four jobs come up on website past two days, none for weeks suitable.Supposed to get 10,got six.Hate to think how I will be treated on Friday when I go for a appointment with Disability job provider.

I did a housecleaning job this morning, client can make me nervous she treats you like a idiot at times.Been gardening past few days , keeping busy helps even though I have moments of no hope. With my mother away I can get the cleaning over with early. Some days I'm frustrated when she takes all day to move,as it puts me behind

Thought of you today,on my way to the tip with garden rubbish saw someone I know as drive past giving me the "look" or staring.Really p,******** me off! It's so obvious what they are!

Hope the ultrasound went OK.

Why is it even when i feel happy about something
I've still got heaps of saddness there. A sinking heavy exhausted feeling @Former-Member @Sans911

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander f#&*king Internet of my phone is the pits. I again typed a response then completely lost it. Gaaaah! Maybe I wasn't supposed to say those things.

Yes, came back yesterday afternoon. We had the cat with us (myself & my house mate) who spent much of the trip home perched between me and the steering wheel and resting on the door arm rest. Never mind my house mate had an empty lap.

Sonetimes these forums can be a little addictive, for me anyway. So there are days I stay away, to practice self care and focus my mind elsewhere besides all my mental health problems. I had noted your absence, but not bothered as I you were probably doing the same. No need to apologise @outlander. It's perfectly OK.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Lol you need a new phone @Sans911
That wouldve been distracting i wpuldve kept pushing him/her onto the housemate.

Sometimes i think im botherinv people because its the same old shite. It bothers me and i have been struggling. Im excited to start this new project of mine but ive still got the over whelming sadness and sinking feeling
