when is it time for hospital

@outlander making an appointment to see a psychologist sounds like a good step. Hopefully you spent some time sussing him or her out, because seeing a "stupid" psychologist can be really unhelpful. I super hope you have found a great psychologist. I know first-hand what an amazing difference the right person can make...unfortunately I also know the super challenge of trying to FIND that person. Here's hoping you have found a good match.

i was trying to past a picture of a diamond. maybe google a picture of one and take a look. Really wanted to share this.

well this will be the 4th psychologist ive been to @Phoenix_Rising so i really hope it works out. the only problem is its for the SA counselling and i dont really know if im ready for it nor do i know if i trust her yet. i have sussed ehr out and when iw as looking for another psychologist she was the only one that made the time to ring up and find out what the situation was and give me some advice on what to do

as much as i think i need to go to hospital i think i should leave that for the people who need it more than i do and wait until i really really need it.
ive decided though that there is going to have tp be some changes made to the household and my responsibilitis so i can take that time out.

i do think though that i will try to get a way fro a day or two by myself to recouperate though after the sick horse is better

i did make an appointment to see a psychologist- the one i got approved for the sexual abuse counselling- i might need hospital when i start talking about that until then i think i need to keep using my strategies to help myself
