If you are going to use medication ,@outlander don't miss days as that causes chaos.I just read the common side effects which fit you ,nausea, vomiting, trembling.Missing them can have serious side effects. Before you increase them ,you need to take them, and be aware of how it affects you if you miss them. Its a serious condition outlander, you need to take the medication you have, and I question increasing them as the trouble you have at night I don't know if it would make you better or worse.
And you do get sick of appointments, unless you have someone you enjoy having the contact with.I have to go to the doctor to keep me safe from the stress of being unemployed. If they suspend my payments or put crap on me I'm worried it will push me to SC.Thats probably how you have to see doctor etc too,as a safety measure.
@Sans911,hope you worked out the Family crap, hope you are looking after you.
We do need that wombat hole!😽👥👤😾🐎🐎🐈(our family!Lol)

my nausea, vomiting and trembling with or without medications. i just 'feel' different on them. kinda hard to eplain. i dont get as many chest pains thought which is a good start.
i know i shouldnt skip them sometimes i jsut lack the energy or willpower to take them.
im more talking the mood stabilisers, im a bit better being on them but i think it would help to increase them. i dont know im not a professional so will have to talk to them about it.
and yes im in the wombat hole if you want to join me, might need some 'safe' company
