@Former-Member I am good today thanks I have been active went for a 2 hour mountain bike ride that was good I am glad you are feeling a bit better

Wish I could be capable of that @Ant7,used to walk 100 k a week on average before I moved up at 4 in the morning walking in the dark.I did so much harm through moving SC in a way.You must see some beautiful scenery.🐱

@Former-Member 100ks a week is a lot we were doing about 50ks a week about a year ago before we did the overland track
