@soul i struggle every single day, its been so long since ive known a day where im ok. i can be ok for a few hours but it really doesnt take much to set it off.
i can sort of function. im forcing myself to function. i wsa finding i was getting left to my own thoughts so i took on this horse job. at least ive got a task to do but it doesnt help that im hardly sleeping and 2 of my greatest triggers live with me those being my mother and my 2 sisters so 3 i guess.
i honestly dont know how im functioning. ive thought about giving up the horse job but it give me a break from my own thoughts for a round 2 hrs a day. i try to do my best at home but its so hard Soul. ive tried telling people that but they dont listen. they never listen to me so i jsut suppress it.
i dont know what sort of stronger intervention you mean.... ive been in hospital and ive been assessed by the MH team, ive got my gp- who i might end up changing yet, my psychiatrist and my psychologist.
i dont know what else im suppose to do.

The mental health team can only act according to what you tell them. They don't live with you or know what you endure on a day to day basis @outlander. Perhaps you should keep a diary or even create a document from your posts on this Forum so that they can get the bigger picture and make suitable recommendations from there.
A short hospital stay probably doesn't allow you to develop and practise the strategies that are effective in de escalating the intense alarming thoughts that you are frequently having. Perhaps you may need a longer term placement to sort that out properly. A tweak in your meds. I don't know. All I do know is that you are not coping too well.
I can't imagine what you are feeling. All I am basing my suggestion off is what you write in this Forum. I notice that one moment you appear very anxious and fearful and are harbouring thoughts of self harm and in the next instant, you are offering very helpful advice and encouragement to others. There must be so much going on in your head, continually bouncing back and forth between control and chaos.
