So the aim now @outlander is everytime you start to feel/see a figure I want you to sit/stand in fron of your picture and concentrate of the beautiful colours - you are essentially replacing the darkness with some light

is it possible to stick it to my forehead @Zoe7 im trying not to look at any windows and im still waiting on the helpline as well!

i dont like this feeling at all and my anxiety keeps getting triggered by things in my house including my own sisters
