when do you find its time to go to hospital?

I feel like it @Former-Member i feel like im being watched and its unnerving me really badly.
Yesterday i had a car parked in the shade bear the trees and they stayed there till i finished doing a paddock then when i packed up they decided to leave too but took the way i go to check on all the paddocks but slowly to see if id follow
Then the same day while i was at work but on the other side i had a car srive past numerous times and pull over near me car then drive off then come back
And then today when i was at work again another car drive slowly past and then as i was leaving that car came back and followed me till i was nearly home
Its driving me crazy. Im at home now with all the blinds shut windows and doors locked
I hate it and im sure its just people doing what they do but i cant shake it

I know that 'being watched' feeling very well @outlander, it never really goes away from me. I guess I use logic to battle it, I simply think to myself 'who would go to that much trouble over me?' - and my brain seems to accept that one 🙂 But it has been much, much worse in the past, and I understand it can be all-consuming. But there's no such thing as crazy, there are physical things happening in your brain. You have been through a lot full stop, but particulary in the past few days. There are some days to step the battle up and there are some days to rest - your not letting it win, your not giving up, your just taking some very much needed rest. When's your next appointment with a trusted Doctor? Someone who you can tell how your feeling.
