when is it time for hospital

Hi @Ant7 i thought it was a good idea to try and stay off as i was in one of those distress states where i wasnt really thinkig and couldnt talk sort of thing.my body was sending off weird and uncomfortable anxiety symptoms and kept me tossing and turning all night. I didn't go back to sleep until 6

Yes ive gotta do driving today @Former-Member not too much though. My night troubles are from trauma so i dont think they will go until i face the trauma. And thats the scary part and im goinv to have to relive it. I know i have to do it and said i was ready but i dont know if im ready. The brakes are being pumped abit. Alot.
I can sleep for a few nights for a good few hrs and im still tired. Im always tired and im sick or crying. Ladt night i couldn't stop. I think my pillows were starting to think it was in a washing machine 😞

Yes just take care,when you're tired you feel 10x more vulnerable to the world.🐔

I will @Former-Member my pops fixing my car today too so il be home most of today. The horses job should only take an hour or so to do

@outlander is your car getting fixed because of the accident?

No i had all those things fixed this ones just a side view mirror there was rope dangling from where pop tied something up in the carport and it got wrapped around my mirror in the wind and when i reversed out it took it off @MDT so im prob going to get into trouble but im doing my horse work first then coming home to do what i need to do which is what got me in trouble last time.
