when is it time for hospital

@Former-Member you don't have to respond to this, just letting you know you are thought of. I understand where you're at, although not your own experience. That pit of major depression is horrendous, draining, despairing. Just stay safe as much as you can. Here anytime you want to talk, and if not, know you have others thinking of you and by your side.

@outlander I've had a reasonable day today, but busy with appointments & same tommorow. But myself and my house mate are driving to the south west coast to stay a few days with my foster sister & her husband. I always look forward to these mini breaks from. I my life in the city, as I know I'm loved immensely by her. I get treated very kindly as well. She has a hard time understanding my MI, and I keep a lot from her, but I know her heart is in the right place.

@Former-Member the cat is coming for the drive and stay also. He was very good today with the trip to the vet, and with the herself vet today he behaved impeccably for his check up and booster. We keep him on a harness & lead while my house mate keeps control of him.

@outlander I've still got more packing & a phone call to make, so I'll say goodnight to you both. I'll see how you're both doing tommorow evening. Take care & pleasant dreams 💕💕❣️💕💕

I have one of those dreadful hard to sit with moments. My hearts going to burst out if it gets any harder and faster

@outlander just sit with it, feel it wash over you, breathe slowly and deeply & it will pass

330am here and ny brain has yet again tormented itself to the point of no sleep.

Ive had 4 different nightmares tonight. These ones are from the dog. I hate how something simple ( i had a small dog interaction yesterday) can come and get me like this ..

anyway 2 panic attacks later and lots of painful jolting i find myself crying myself to sleep only to be woken up through my minds games.


Ive had enough tears and enough pain yet fail to stop either 😞 i hope the next few hrs go quick
