Aww thats a shame, have you finished the fairy on the toadstool or the stepping stones?
Im sorry your in pain, may I ask if its a condition casuing it or the dreaded anxiety/depression causing it?

And yes I kept second gussing myself all day today, some things went my way others didnt but I suppose thats life isnt it. Cant win everything but as long as we try thats what matters right?

My Butterfly Girl is still a work in progress @outlander - but there is no rush.

The Stepping Stones painting has been put on hold too for now.

The pain is stomach/bowel pain - from IBS and need an endoscopy to see what is happening in my stomach. The meds work sometimes (if I remember to take them before I eat) but not always.

Even though things didn't go 'all your way' today you still seem ok - that is positive Go back to your lists where we did the positive affirmations (from the Zoe Method - love this btw) last night and revise all the good things in your life - that you came up with

Yes we seem to be opposite dont we when im ok your not and when im not you are but today it seems we are both in an ok space to chat about this 🙂

I was suppose to start trauma work the other day during my session but shes away for 2 weeks and I didnt want to start and then hit a criris state and shes not there so I said to wait until shes back and then we will start again.

Ill take a look at 'the body keeps score' book and see what happens. Im not sure if the DBT skills manuel will be right for me right now though, but thank you for offering it to me.
I hope you and little turtle have good success with it though if you both decide to go ahead with the manuel 🙂

ill tag you into the other thread. That one is for one specific topic and I only use it for when the topic comes up and I havent got a clue what to do in regards to it. Please remember If its too much its ok not to be there ok. And thats ok about group reccomendations, im sure I can find some somewhere and im on the wait list with the MH team for their group and individual group therapy as well. @Sans911

i am ok yes,, definently not like yesterday. and yes actually as i was doing things and was second guessing i was using the Zoe Method and reminding myself of what we went through last night

@CheerBear no everything you wrote was fine 🙂 i didnt see any problems and im glad you had your opinion of what you think might suit me at this stage rather than me going out and buying the book and i get nowhere except overwhelmed so thank you for your honesty 🙂
