there is still alot more to do but as I said - no rush @outlander Alot of what I want to do needs a steady hand and small details - both of which I can't do atm.

so today has been abit up and down with a range of things happening but ill tackle things one by one otherwise it wont make sense.
so.....
1. the tension between my mother, her bf and myself has been pretty bad today. they didnt bring up yesterday so i left it. i done all my chores before i left the house so there was nothing to complain about. crisis has been averted for now. i figure that if i rememeber to do the chores first then they dont get upset and then less tension for me and all involved
2. i managed to do my work properly today and luckily so as there was a fence down and yesterday i mightnt have noticed it in the state i was in so im glad i noticed that today. there is however one predicament that ill need to bring up with my boss and that is the form of payment. As im on Centrelink im suppose to notify them of any work ive been doing but havent declared it yet and its on and off and different wages each week, so i might have to ask about cash in hand but im worried that will offend her but if i start working too many hours or for the fortnight my normal pay will drop and they will start questioning why im a carer. when really im only working an extra 10 hrs a week so 2 hrs a day so its not really too much.
4. ive had quite a few rattles driving today including trucks being behind me, or oncoming towards me. it has really made me nervous and it took abit to regain composure so there were a few pull overs and breathing for a few minutes. another one was i took my ca mirror off as i was reversing out this morning as a dangling rope in our carport was wrapped around it and didnt it there and took it off so now i have to replace that. the other incident was a 4wd cutting in front of me nearly causing me to hit him and the cars behind me to rear end me. luckily all those were avoided but rattled me none the less.
5. My Gp appointment went ok. i told this gp as this isnt a regular, im avoiding her atm. bad i know but i need a break from her and her pressures continuously. she making me really uncomfortable. anyways back to the topic i was on, i told him about my continuous headaches and that they are pretty bad but they dont respond to normal meds but not bad enough for migraine tablets. he is showing concern and said that if they dont ease but next week or they dont start to respond to these new concoction of meds he will reorder scans to make sure that things are still as they should be and things havent shifted through the recent work ive been doing. so until then get another massage, continue the gentle neck stretches, heat packs and muscle creams AND make sure im wearing my GLASSES when im reading!.

No @Sans911,no one can help,I have major depression,I know that, along with anxiety..I am distressed whilst typing this which shows my degree of sadness. My mother is going tomorrow for a few weeks which will relieve the stress, but in another I will be alone which feeds the illness.I am worried about myself.Had SC thoughts early this morning which didn't help. Thanks , hope you are OK.🐎

@outlander I could post a really long reply but I think this will do it...
Way To Go Outlander
you do know the bill is in the mail though don't you
I might need to patent The Zoe Method lol
@Sans911 Thankyou for the positve feedback. It is one I have been working on for quite a while but haven't been able to add to it for the last couple of months as my arms and hands are not steady enough and I have no strength to hold the paint brush for long enough.
@Former-Member We are here with you, hearing you and supporting you sweetheart ![]()

Definitely don't sell them @Former-Member - my loungeroom and dining room does look like an art gallery atm though lol How is your book going? I read a little abut the storyline earlier - sounds very full-on but interesting ![]()
