when do you find its time to go to hospital?
im debating whether its the right move for me

How do i learn to do that? How do i learn not to react or let things get to me? I get just being polite and nothing more but thats really hard for me to do.
I cant just stop doing what ive been doing though..... i will still have to watch the kids and things and i think it could be abit of the bpd but everything seems to affect me emotionally even when they say they have a pulled muscle or something. It sends me into a panic.
How do i get the shield up and really practice it?

I dont know how to find peace @Sans911 i want things to change for the better. Its all with good intentions though no one else sees it. Thats probably where f&h 'shield' comes in handy. Walk down a road with a wall between either side of me.

Try and calm down @outlander,I know how it feels,but don't lose it.I was in a similar situation years ago because of my frustrations and my sister and mother got the cop and local doctor out home.As stated,never spoke to sister since,and it contributed greatly to my breakdown My sister and her boyfriend threw me out the back door.In talking to local cop when it came over his radio I was going beserk out at that address!And then I give up a lot of my life and suffer abuse.All the cop and doctor saw was a very obese person.The only thing that came of it was I lost 56 it's, because I knew my size was used to hurt me.Tonight I had to tell my mother I didn't want to hear it that my sister and her partner were splitting up.He is a alcoholic.Im not sympathetic,and wish I wasn't so ate up with hate.You aren't alone in your problems.

My house is not a home. I wish i did have one but i dont. I sleep in a bed with people who dont care. Atm thats what its like for me. I always try to get out of the house while they are at home. Ive had 2 arguments already since ive been home. And they diminish quicker if i just dont respond to them ir be blunt about it.
Nature for me is a good thing as well. When i get a chance i go sit and watch the waves. I like to have unlimited time though because ive been caught sitting there for 3 hrs and i didnt know that until my phone rang and i realised i now had to rush to get somewhere else. The botanical gardens were beatuiful and i cant wait for spring to come ao all the flowers will be in bloom.

Ill call a helpline again if i need to though 4 times is enough in 24hrs i think.
I just eeally need sleep atm. I dont know how im functioning really. I may as well have not slept last night.
I know im not alone ut my problems overwhelm me esp since i cant really do anything about them

In baby steps @outlander .... the way we learn any new skill ..... it took me time to learn and it will take you time too .... it won't happen overnight. Like organisation, time management, tidiness habits, it will grow with thought and practice.
