Your sensitive nature is making you take all these things personally @outlander. I'm wondering how you react when confronted by stuff like this.
Let's look at each one.
1. Work - I don't think it's unreasonable that you give that some priority. Can you explain that it is important to you as it provides you with income?
2. Housework - by what you have said, you do seem to be pulling your weight in that regard. What do the others in the home do? Your sisters could also do some of the chores. I made up a chart for my kids when they were young. I listed the chores and in turn they picked which ones they would do. Each activity was ticked off as they did them. It allowed for a instant visual display and was put up in the fridge.
3. The blinds - seems like a small matter. Don't sweat that one.
4. A parcel - that's your private concern and if you don't want to reveal its contents with others you don't have to.
5. Always on the phone/ computer. If it's not hurting anyone else - again no big deal.
6. Not going out with family - perhaps a ompromise can be made here. Explain that you also need your own down time to do what you want but agree to the occasional outing with them.
Often we need to take a step back and let all that rubbish that goes on around us just float past and not take it to heart. I know it's hard and it will take practice. Try to make a concerted effort to figure out what's important and what you can let go.
Our minds have a terrible habit of thinking the worst and especially when we want to please, it affects us when others think we don't measure up and treat us unfairly. We can let it get us down and frustrated or even angry or we can try to brush it off and say to ourselves "I know I'm doing the best I can. If they don't that's too bad."

Good morning and good evening to you @Sans911
unfortunalty today isnt any better, tomorrow isnt going to be any better either.
@Anony18
I dont often celebrate the accomplishments but they humble me. I dont get overexcited I just let the silent accomplishes stay with me. Today hast been a good day. And yet again I have bad news to report. I hope tonight goes well for you, fill me in when your able to if you would like to of course.
@MDT
im sorry you didnt get the job you applied for, its disheartening when you dont get a job despite oyu being what tey want and then having to go through that all again.
@soul
1. the reason my mother doesnt like me working is because im at our old aggistment property where she doesnt like me hanging around my friends. Thats the reason its not becasue it takes up too much time. When I told her I was giving the horse back I think she was hoping my boss was going to fire me or that I would quit.
2. the house doesnt really need assigned chores. The house is generally kept clean and only needs about an hour and a half spent in the morning to do the minor things like the morning dishes, vaccuming making beds and things like that. But if its not cleaned then its the end of the world.
3. the blinds- I had shut because I was having paranoia and having the blinds shut and the door closed helps ease it for me. Its a simple thing but it works so thats what I do. I cant tell my mother about my paranoia because I cant talk to her about her. She and her bf are the reason I have paranoia in the first place.
4. thats what I said about the parcel. Its nothing major. I signed up to young carers and they sent a 'goodies' bag. I said it was from carers australlia which it is what I said to them. That answer wasnt the right one. I have a feeling they are trying to catch me out on something. Not sure what that is yet but im sure thats what it is.
5. the only time im on the computer is of an afternoon during the 2 hours I am suppose to be having a break but im watching the kids. They know I study and thats generally my study time.
6. I had been babysitting all afternoon, went to the arvo work and come home. I said I didnt want to go out because I dont like the area. A shopping mall and since its thursday its late night and I dont like going. I go out with them a lot and its rare I stay home while they go out yet again if I stay home im the worst friggin person going.
@Former-Member
its always a shite time. Im always babysitting and I dont get me time because of the crowded house.
and now to make my day soo much better, i now have to go to the gp which ive been avoiding because
just now ive found 2 spots on my shoulder where the sun is always exposed in summer and spring when i wear singlets and they look like melanomas 😞 so now im worried about that
